Cancellation Policy: Orders placed from our shop cannot be cancelled once placed.
We follow 'No Returns Policy' except in following conditions:
1. Product was damaged or had defects.
2. Wrong product was shipped.
Further conditions for return:
a. All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company. Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
b. All requests for return of product have to be placed within 24 HOURS from the time of delivery. No return requests will be processed after 24 hours.
c. To return an item, please email to email@example.com and you will get instructions for return from us.
d. The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written on the box.
e. If we do not replace/ship the right product within 7 days of the receipt of the return, Customer can request for a refund into his bank/credit card.
Refunds for goods not dispatched: If we fail to deliver product within 14 working days, Customer can request for a refund into his bank/credit card.
Shipping Policy: Our products are delivererd within maximum 14 working days
